  "Time is of the essence" is not a common statement with us! Here, we pride ourselves on our objective based system of management. Do you work better at midnight burning oil? How about from a coffee shop sipping lattes? Go for it! We don't care when or where you work, as long as you get quality work done. We have weekly meetings that you must attend, but other than that, its up to you as to when you get your work done!

• Efficient, Agile & Rapid Development

  We don't just write code here, we DO code. If you find that coding is your desert, then you'll fit right in! There's doing things, and then doing things right. Here, we practice doing things right the first time. We pride ourselves on our efficient and clean code. Our methods to getting things "right to begin with" involves splitting up each project into manageable 15 minute segments so as to ensure each part of the process is clearly understood and done well. After your code is turned in, we review it so that we can all learn!

  We subscribe to the theory that every opportunity should produce a newly learned concept. No matter what your expertise is, we don't want you picking a project if its too easy for you and there's nothing to be learned. We've got lots of projects to wade through for different levels of skill. You get to pick the right projects for you, those that'll make you feel challenged and grow in your field. • Innovative Tools

  We like things to work as smoothly as possible, especially given our geographic area has fuzzy borders. We only use the latest technology for our websites include subversion for version control, MAC OSX and LAMP, and the latest open source techniques. We utilize whatever tool best gets our clients' work done right whether that's Ruby on Rails, Django, PHP, or plain ol' HTML. We give you all the tools you need to complete your task in an efficient manner. All you have to do is have a compatible system set up to work with our subversion libraries and data dumps, and the rest is easy as pie!
